Deploy Turret

Deploys an uncontrollable mini-turret at the target location for 21/24/27/30 seconds or until destroyed. The mini-turret prioritizes enemy heroes, has a 500 attack range, and deals 25/40/55/70 physical damage. It has 450/700/950/1200 HP and 10 armor. The mini-turret provides 600 vision during the day and 400 vision at night.
