The Orb locks code with a target ally or enemy hero, encasing both in a fractured, low-poly crystal matrix that renders them completely invulnerable and unable to take any actions for 2.5/3.25/4/4.75 seconds.
If used on an enemy, their passive abilities are disabled for the entire duration.
Skill can be activated again to end the effect early.
