Wind Arrow
Fires a magic arrow in the targeted direction. The arrow pierces the first enemy hero it hits, dealing 120/180/240/300 magic damage. It leaves a 350-unit wide path that lasts for 7 seconds, granting all allies on it an additional 10/20/30/40% movement speed. The arrow does not affect creeps, structures, or pets.
Element Combination
At level 4, Wind Arrow can be combined with one of the hero's other elemental abilities (Fire Wave, Ice Shards, or Earth Shield) once per 15 seconds. Choose an element after activating Wind Arrow to enhance its effects, based on the chosen ability's level:
Fire Wave: On impact, the arrow emits an extra burst of fire, dealing 50/100/150/200 damage to enemies in 400-unit radius. Enemies that touch the path lose 20/40/60/80 health.
Ice Shards: Upon impact, enemies within a 300-unit radius are frozen for 0.6/0.8/1.0/1.2 seconds. Enemies touching the path are slowed by 10/15/20/25% for 3 seconds.
Earth Shield: The primary target is rooted for 1/1.5/2.0/2.5 seconds. Enemies that touch the path are rooted for 0.4/0.6/0.8/1 second.
Staff of the Master Effect
Decreases the cooldown of element combination from 15 seconds to 8 seconds.
