Axiom discharges an electromagnetic pulse from its core. If only one enemy hero is in range, a focused arc strikes them for 140/210/280/350 magic damage. If two or more are nearby, a short-range shockwave deals 80/120/160/200 magic damage to all surrounding targets.
Overload Arc can trigger Overdrive Momentum and cast while moving.

Every instance of physical damage taken by Core Matrix reduces this ability's remaining cooldown by 1 second.
